1. Eligibility

Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform or who have been excluded by db188 are not permitted to register a new account or access the Platform in any capacity. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

2. Account Registration and Verification
To register a db188 account you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. This mobile number will serve as your primary account identifier and must remain active for the duration of your account. You are responsible for updating your account information promptly if any details change.
Each individual may register only one account on the db188 Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, db188 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any balances held in them, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.
db188 is required to verify the identity and age of all account holders as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be requested to provide one or more of the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle:
- National Identity Card (NID) or passport
- Date of birth documentation confirming the player is aged 21 or above
- Proof of mobile number ownership linking the registered number to the account holder
- Source of funds documentation if requested during large withdrawal processing
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity that takes place on your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. 3. Deposits and Withdrawals
db188 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. db188 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount will be communicated in the payment section of your account.
Deposits made through bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your db188 account balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation. db188 does not charge any platform fees on deposits. The following conditions apply to all deposits:
- Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
- db188 is not responsible for delays caused by the mobile financial service provider's own processing time.
- db188 reserves the right to return a deposit and request additional KYC documentation if fraud is suspected.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile financial service account used for your most recent deposit. db188 targets a processing time of within a few hours for standard withdrawal requests. Withdrawals may be subject to KYC document verification before release. db188 does not charge platform fees on withdrawals, though the mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees.
All deposits are final once credited to your db188 account balance and used for wagering. Refunds of deposited funds will only be considered in cases of verified technical errors that resulted in an incorrect credit to your account. Requests must be submitted to db188 support within 48 hours of the disputed transaction. Refund requests relating to losses on legitimately played games will not be considered under any circumstances.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
Promotional offers and bonuses issued by db188 are available to eligible players as described in the specific terms accompanying each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per mobile number. db188 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without notice. Players who abuse bonus offers — including by opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will have their accounts suspended and bonuses forfeited.
All bonuses issued by db188 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) will be stated in the promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Wagering requirement progress is tracked in your account.
Bonuses that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the account balance without compensation. The validity period for each bonus begins at the time the bonus is credited to the account.
Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the specific game or games designated in the promotion terms. Free spin winnings are added to the bonus balance and are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the promotion. Any free spins not used within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
5. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
db188 operates on a fair-use basis. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Using automated scripts, bots, or any software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
- Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to obtain credits, free bets, or any other advantage not intended by db188.
- Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets, including in live casino and sports betting.
- Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that may constitute or facilitate a criminal offence under applicable law.
- Registering an account using false, fabricated, or another person's identity details.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing db188 staff or other players through any communication channel.
db188 uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Detections result in immediate action. No prior warning is required before suspension for serious breaches of these rules.
6. Responsible Gaming
